Expander maintenance

The host reduction gear box body should check and replace the oil once every six months; use 30# mechanical oil in winter and 40# mechanical oil in summer.
The motor belt should be checked once a month. If it is loose, please adjust it at any time. If it is damaged, please replace it in time.
Always observe the condition of the heating current meter. If there is a change in the heating current, check the heating ring for damage. If any, replace it.
Always observe the cooling system piping for leaks.
The electrical wiring of the equipment is checked every 15 days. All wiring must not be loosened, squeezed or dust falling.
Periodically check for looseness of each connecting part and tighten it if there is one.
If you do not turn on the machine for a long time, oil the inner surface of the barrel and the surface of the main shaft to prevent rust; the inlet of the barrel should be closed; and the main shaft should be placed in the barrel to prevent bending deformation.
Temporarily unused parts such as molds and die bodies should be oiled and preserved.
