The calender roll set is basically the same as the composite roll set, that is, the chrome plated pressure roll is composed of a silicone pressure roll, but there is no heating device. 3. Transmission system The transmission system is driven by a computer-controlled high-power motor. After the first-stage gear is decelerated, it is driven by a three-stage chain to drive the movement of the paper feeding mechanism and the rotation of the composite part and the silicone pressure roller of the calendering mechanism. The pressure roller set maintains the proper working pressure under the pressure of the stepless adjustment.
